Digital Design & Rendering

Before a single nail is driven, we build your entire attraction digitally. Using CAD software, we design custom floor plans, scenes, lighting schemes, sound effect placements, and actor trigger points - all rendered into a full walkthrough experience you can review and approve.

We develop original stories and build the attraction around that narrative. Every design element is reviewed against local regulations, state permits, and safety guidelines so there are zero surprises at inspection.

02 — Fabrication

Custom Fabrication

Every prop and set piece in your haunt is custom built by our team, entirely off-site. Because fabrication happens in our facility, not yours, we don't occupy your venue during the build phase. When it's time to install, everything arrives ready to go.

03 — Construction

Rapid Construction

Because your attraction is designed digitally and built off-site in advance, on-site construction moves faster than anything else in the industry. Our team knows exactly where every piece goes before we ever set foot in your venue.

A shorter install window means a longer operational season — or reduced time spent in a costly venue. Our staff is trained to construct a fully immersive walkthrough experience on a rapid timeline without cutting corners on quality or safety.

04 — Operations

Full Haunt Operation

We don't just build it - we run it. Our operations staff has real-world experience managing high-volume haunted attractions with hundreds of guests per hour. We handle everything from ticketing to emergency exit procedures.

Our team manages live actor coordination, timed scares, guest flow, and compliance with all local emergency and safety guidelines. You hand us the keys and we deliver the screams.
